The pages of this site are static files. There is no form, no account, no login and no field that asks for a name, an address or an email address. This site does not run advertising cookies or tracking cookies of its own.

Calls

The phone number on this site belongs to a call tracking service run by an advertising partner. When you call, that service records the number you called from, the time and the length of the call, and the call may be recorded for quality and billing. Those records route the call to a participating contractor and account for it between the partner and this site. They are not sold and are not used to build a marketing profile.

What the contractor receives

Your phone number and what you say on the call: the address, the equipment, the problem, when someone can come. The contractor is an independent business and keeps that information under its own practices, not this policy. This site has no access to a contractor's records; a request to see or delete what a contractor holds goes to that contractor.

Payments

This site bills nobody and never asks for payment details.

Contact after a call

This site places no calls and sends no texts or email. There is no newsletter and no list. If someone contacts you after a call, it is the contractor you spoke with.

Map

The service-area pages include a Google map that loads only when it scrolls into view. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy. This site sends Google nothing about you.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Questions and requests

To ask what is held about a particular call, or to ask that it be deleted, write to [email protected] with the date of the call and the number you dialed from.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it.
